This is a Terms of Use License document that you are required to accept as a legal agreement between you and Heysan Inc ("Heysan") before continued use of the Heysan services. By accepting this agreement, you also confirm that you have read and understood our privacy policy. As stated in this agreement, terms may be amended from time to time. If you fail to adhere terms and obligations as stated in this agreement that may result in you being personally liable for the indemnity set below and an immediate deletion of your account as well as all content related to your account will be conducted.

Heysan Inc owns and operates http://www.heysan.com and all linked pages from this location.

By accepting this agreement you assure that the following apply to you:

The Basics

• You are 13 years of age or older and if less than 18 years of age, you have the provision from legal guardians to use the services provided by Heysan Inc located on http://www.heysan.com. In case Heysan in the future decides to add a section of the product that is limited to users over 18 years of age, you will not visit those locations unless you are 18 years of age or older
• You are personally capable and authorized to enter this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
• You are solely responsible for all activity connected to your account that requires logging in
• You are responsible for keeping your login information private and secure
• You must not to spam, harass or in any way threaten other Heysan users
• If you are an International user (outside the US) you agree to comply with the local laws for what's considered online conduct and acceptable content
• You must not use the Heysan service as an enabler for any illegal activity
• You must not try to hack or in any way perform modifications to heysan.com or falsely imply that that Heysan is associated with some other service.
• Heysan is only meant for personal use and all corporate use is therefore prohibited.
• You must not plug in any viruses, Trojans or worms or similar code to heysan.com
• If Heysan in any way interfere with the laws in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Heysan services
• Even though Heysan.com does not allow conduct and uploading of content that contradict this agreement, Heysan.com cannot be held responsible for such materials and you agree to use the service at own risk.
• If you violate the terms in this agreement, your Heysan account will be terminated.
• You have read, understood and accepted the Privacy Statement Agreement for Heysan.

And the general stuff

We reserve the right to delete or modify the Heysan service at any time and for any reason without notifying users. Even though these terms and conditions may be altered at times, we will only inform you in case of a material change to these Terms of Use. The notification will be handled either via Internet mail or via internal messaging (notifications on the www.heysan.com site). Common sense and reasonable judgment will be used when determining what categorizes as a "material change" so for your own safety we recommend that you keep yourself updated with this document to make sure you don't have any doubts regarding the terms of use of Heysan.com.
